The Site is accessible from anywhere, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in cases of force majeure or scheduled or unscheduled outages that may result from the need for maintenance.

The Publisher shall not be held liable in the event of any modification, interruption, or suspension of the Site.

ARTICLE 4 – DATA COLLECTION

The website is exempt from the requirement to file a report with the National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties (CNIL) because it does not collect any data about users.
